PowerOffice Go Mobile3.0 - Google Play

PowerOffice Mobile makes everyday life easier on the go:

outlays

With PowerOffice Mobile, you can easily take pictures of your vouchers and receipts and upload them to the voucher receipt in PowerOffice Go for bookkeeping and payment.

Timesheet

With time registration on the mobile, it is easy to record the hours continuously while on the go. Everything is registered - nothing is forgotten. Have a full overview of billable time vs. non-billable time, overtime, time off and flexible hours. Approve hours per day or per week. The hourly registration is closely integrated with Go Accounting and Go Payroll. This means that billable hours are invoiced easily, and hourly and overtime work are included in the calculation of wages completely automatically.

Travel Expense

Filling out travel expenses is easy. Start the travel bill as you exit the door at home and register outlays, receipts and driving allowances while you are traveling. Travel bills can be expensed and paid immediately at the end of the trip. PowerOffice Mobile is always updated according to current regulations, rates and exchange rates. Seamlessly integrated with Go Pay.
